Unsafe line outside since end of February 2026

I have had an unsafe line outside my house running through my property, causing a tripping hazard and potential line to be cut during grass cutting.

I have opened three tickets with Comcast for this issue and no one is helping to get the line fixed. I need a escalation immediately.

I have already dealt with Xfinity customer support and they have done absolutely nothing several times. I need a contact directly to corporate escalations. Someone is going to get hurt by this wire as the weather is warming up and kids are running around.
