Hi there @user_q4v5cs! Yes, you can absolutely return the modem and have that unreturned equipment fee reversed! Once Xfinity receives and scans the device at the warehouse, the charge can be reversed, and any credit balance remaining will be refunded to you. Be sure to keep your return receipt!
Regarding a return window, while Xfinity generally asks for equipment to be returned within 10 to 30 days of service disconnection, the fee can still be reversed even if the equipment is returned late.
