Unresolved Neighborhood TV Signal Problems Following Comcast Xfinity Outage

Unresolved Neighborhood TV Signal Problems Following Comcast Xfinity Outage

Last week, Xfinity experienced a neighborhood-wide outage that was subsequently reported as repaired.

Since that repair, at least two separate households in our neighborhood have experienced intermittent pixelation, freezing, and pauses on live Xfinity television. Internet service and streaming applications appear to work normally.

This suggests a shared cable television signal problem rather than individual customer equipment failures.

Please refer this to the local network maintenance team to investigate the neighborhood distribution system and review the previous outage repair.

I would appreciate a network trouble ticket number and confirmation that this has been escalated beyond individual customer troubleshooting.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
