Unresolved issue
Received and installed new router and now no dial tone on home phone. Contacted your so-called automated customer support and a modem restart was sent. Was told restart would take about 10 minutes and a link would be sent to my cell so I could follow-up whether issue was resolved or not. Restart completed but issue not resolved and no follow-up link sent to my phone. Contacted automated customer support trying to speak with a live PERSON but all your automated response keeps telling me is they see I have a restart in progress and a tech can't help me until restart is complete then call back. Restart was down well over 24 hours ago! Why can't I simply talk with a live human to get issue resolved. You seem to have plenty of people available to try and sell service and equipment. I guess next step is to switch to I3 Broadband!
