Unresolved issue

I am writing to formally express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the ongoing issues with our internet service, which have persisted unresolved for the past three years.

Despite numerous service requests and technician visits, we continue to experience unacceptable levels of service interruption and instability. At one point, your technicians spray-painted our lawn in preparation to dig and repair what they identified as a problem. That dig never happened. Since then, the issue remains unresolved, and we’ve seen no meaningful follow-up or permanent fix from your team.

To make matters worse, we have been paying approximately $300 per month for a service that consistently fails to meet basic expectations. This amounts to thousands of dollars over the past three years—money spent without receiving the reliable service we were promised.

This is no longer just an inconvenience; it’s a long-standing failure to deliver on your obligations as a service provider. We have been more than patient. It is time for Xfinity to take full responsibility and resolve this matter once and for all.

I request that you dispatch the appropriate personnel to thoroughly assess and permanently fix the root cause of the connectivity issues. I also expect to be contacted regarding a fair adjustment to our billing, reflecting the years of inadequate service we’ve endured.

Please consider this letter a final request for resolution before exploring further steps.
