Unresolved Internet Outage Since 7/30/26 [Edited]

To Xfinity Customer Support,
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an unresolved internet outage at my service address: [Edited: "Personal Information"].
My internet service went down on Thursday, July 30, 2026. Comcast had been performing work in my area throughout the prior week, and my service did not return after that work concluded. On Saturday, August 1, 2026, a technician visited my home, identified an issue with the line, and stated that additional support was required to complete the repair. He opened repair ticket[Edited: "Personal Information"] at that time.
No technician returned to complete the repair. This morning, a truck drove down my street, stopped briefly for approximately five minutes, and left without addressing my property. Shortly afterward, I received an automated message stating that my service had been repaired. I checked immediately and confirmed that my internet is still not working.
I have now been without internet service for four days. I am requesting the following:
 1. Immediate dispatch of a technician to complete the repair under ticket [Edited: "Personal Information"], with confirmation that service is fully restored before the ticket is closed.
 2. A service credit for the full duration of the outage, from July 30, 2026 through the date service is restored.
 3. Written confirmation of the resolution once the repair is complete.
Please treat this as an escalation, as the previous ticket was closed without the issue being resolved. I can be reached at this email address or by phone.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
[Edited: "Personal Information"]

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
