Unreliable

I have had it with how unreliable your service is. Specifically, if you rely on the internet for work, Comcast is truly unreliable. I have encountered several issues, and customer service only compounds the problem because they don't help. At this point, I will have to look for a new provider. I'm pretty sure that if my bills were not paid, they would cut my service in the blink of an eye. But when it’s their own incompetence, you have to wait until a technician comes to your home. You should not be allowed to be in business.
