Unprofessional Employee
She thought she had me on hold or mute herself, but for about 10-20 minutes she was having a non work related conversation. And I could hear everything they were saying. She then got on the line to tell me she was working on my issue when she in fact wasn’t. Then the went back to her conversation with the other employee.
