Unprofessional Customer service

I had issues with my Xumo streaming, customer service was supposed to call me within moments of receiving the text; they finally called me at 10 PM.  I pressed 1 to speak with someone  only to be left listening to music for 10 minutes before I decided enough of my time was wasted and I hung up.Please tell me how that is not only permissible but also professional?  As a corporation, maybe you should invest in better training your customer service, start hiring human beings instead of using AI, and start caring about your customers that pay a ridiculous amount for your services
