Unprofessional agent refused to let us rate her
August 24th at 8:02 I was on the phone with a female agent regarding moving and turning my wifi back on. For a hour straight the agent talked in circles trying to convince us our “motor” didn’t work and we’d have to buy a new one and pay for someone to come out to fix it, after trying to upsell me multiple times and not fixing our internet I got fed up and requested a supervisor she refused and told me that we couldn’t even wait on another line for another agent or manager to help me. After requesting to speak to a manager our wifi magically started working, I told her that we’d be giving her a rating at the end of the call and she decided to go on mute for 3 minutes come off then request us to hang up first after telling her again we’d be giving her a rating at the end of the call she then hung up for us without being able to share our experience. I have her waiting for me to hang up and her telling me to hang up on recording. This was extremely unprofessional and left me feeling like I was talking to a scammer.
