Unplanned outages

There has been a substantial amount of unplanned outages within my area which have been disruptive to me wfh. Xfinity how do you plan to address this? We should not have to rely on the relief of account credits. That is not an acceptable nor helpful when I have to continuous explain to my work groups  and supervisor.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to actual Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hi, thanks for posting! I'm WFM too, so I can totally understand your frustration on this one. I definitely feel for you. It's uncommon for unplanned interruptions to be so frequent, but there may be an underlying reason. Do you use our My Account app to proactively check for these interruptions?

@XfinityMorgan  I rely on the Myaccount app for updates on outages. It is actually my initial source to review.  This is my first  experience with xfinity and I hope that this is not an ongoing situation that causes me to cut ties.  It has been extremely frustrating but I will remain hopeful.

Thank you.

How frequently would you say this type of thing is occurring each week?
