"Unplanned outages" constantly at night
Please could you guys stop doing all your maintenance/upgrades work at night and calling it "unplanned outages." I work in offshoring so NO I'm not asleep, I do notice, you should plan them, and importantly you should NOTIFY YOUR CUSTOMERS AHEAD OF TIME. This is extremely annoying and disruptive and it happens every spring like clockwork. Why do you save all your line work until spring? Do you guys hibernate or something? This is so bizarre. I know I'm just screaming into the void but please STOP IT

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Greetings, @user_544816! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your service, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
You should be able to receive updates and notifications for all maintenance activities through our amazing 'Xfinity' app. Do you have that app on your phone yet? Routine maintenance is usually posted on your main login page a week in advance. It will also be the first place where any updates or changes will be posted.
