Unlocking iPhone 13 while I'm in India
Hello,
I had an Xfinity plan on an iPhone 13. I got it fully paid off about 3 days ago, but the phone is still not locked.
I am in India for a work trip. I can't call Xfinity customer service here, because there is no International Toll-free number. How do I get my phone properly unlocked so I can use a Local SIM here? I am extremely frustrated

Your phone must have been activated for at least 60 days.
The device must be paid in full.
Your Xfinity Mobile account should have no past-due balance.
The phone cannot be reported lost, stolen, or involved in fraudulent activity.
If you meet these conditions but your phone is still locked, please chat with Xfinity Assistant for further help.
Important notes:
Phones won’t be eligible for international use unless all the above guidelines are met.
Only the account holder, Primary user, or a Manager on the Xfinity Mobile account can request an unlock.
Once you meet all requirements, visit Apple Support for steps to complete the unlock, especially if:
You need to activate an eSIM from another carrier.
You have a SIM card from a different carrier.
You don’t have another SIM card available.
Good to know: Apple devices don’t require an unlock code. They unlock through updates when connected to WiFi or cellular data.
Safe travels and I hope this information helps!
