Moved to Customer Service as this has nothing to do with the Guidelines.

Hello @user_g7b3p0, Phones purchased after June 2020 are typically unlocked automatically within 48 hours of being paid off. For devices requiring a manual unlock, you must ensure the phone has been active for 60 days, is fully paid off, the account is in good standing, and the device isn't reported lost or stolen.

Omg... what a scam. I must have been crazy to order Xfinity mobile. Now they tell me I must stick with it for 60 days before I can unlock my phone and go back to my old carrier. 60 days without data. And now I read all of these problems that everybody else is having even though they've already gone 60 days! Oh no. I have been with Xfinity since 1984 when it was Comcast. But I can't wait to get totally free of them

Firfy Good morning! We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and reach out to our Xfinity Forums Team. This is not the ideal experience we want our customers to have. I'd be happy to take a closer look, and get you in the right direction for getting your phone unlocked. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name and service address?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
