Unlock codes

I have purchased many phones from Xfinity after these phones are paid off , on one in particular I have called four times to have this phone unlocked I have waited 3 weeks The phone is still not unlocked. They lie to me and tell me there was not a ticket created when I was given a ticket number. They have told me it would be within 24 hours and it never happened usually it is 48 hours I get an email that tells me congratulations your device is unlocked well guess what no it's not they are liars they are cheats and they are thieves you pay for the phone in full you meet every one of their criteria and a phone is never truly yours because they will not unlock it
