Unlink Xfinity Account and Peacock Account
I activated my Peacock subscription to the wrong account, which I do not have access to, and I want to unlink the subscription and activate it for the correct account. Please help me.

I, too, have a Peacock account provided by Xfinity through my "bundle". I previously had a Peacock account that I had to cancel in order to activate the account provided by Xfinity. I have now spoken to 3 Xfinity technicians for one hour each and they could not help me. I have called customer service at Peacock 4 times, left messages each time, NO RESPONSE. I followed the link provided on the customer service message for "self-help" and even the Chatbot couldn't help me. I am of the understanding that Xfinity now owns Peacock. If this is correct why do the Xfinity technicians not have the ability to assist Xfinity customer? I am very disappointed with this whole process and lack of human contact on the part of Peacock!!
