Unlink Xfinity Account and Peacock Account

I activated my Peacock subscription to the wrong account, which I do not have access to, and I want to unlink the subscription and activate it for the correct account. Please help me.

user_7a265j Your Peacock account login is connected to the email used for the Primary ID for an account. If the login is connected to the wrong account you would want to unlink that from there, and link it to the right account through the Xfinity app. If you are unsure how to do that, this will walk you through it https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts.

@XfinityEricB​ I do not understand and the article doesn't help me. I created a peacock account in order to activate my peacock subscription provided by Xfinity, when creating the account I mistyped my email and now I can't access the account with my activated peacock subscription. I wan't to reset my peacock xfinity activation, or at least get the information of the peacock account that I activated my subscription for, in order to activate the subscription for the correct peacock account.

user_7a265j To confirm, did you create the login directly with Peacock? I ask because that isn't the same as activating it through us. That login would be for peacock directly which we wouldn't have a record of, and no access to. To activate Peacock with us that we provide at no cost you would:
  1. Visit xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and log in with your primary Xfinity ID and password.
  2. If Peacock isn't listed, go to xfinity.com/activate-peacock.
  3. In the Xfinity StreamStore, click **Activate** next to **Peacock Premium**.
  4. Enter your desired email for your Peacock account and click **Continue**.
  5. Create a password and provide other details, then click **Activate**. If you have an existing account, sign in with your email and password.

Let me know if this was the steps you took that you entered the wrong email address.

@XfinityEricB​ I activated my subsrciption through the Xfinity mobile app, searching activate peacock in the search bar. So I suppose I followed these steps.

user_7a265j, We can check further into which account the Peacock may be linked to. Please send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account. 

 

To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.
