Unlink peacock

Xfinity acct closed down but peacock acct shows it is still linked. Customer support for both say it's needing unlinked from the other. Continue to send me in circles

Hello user_484908 We would be happy to check into the Peacock linked to the account. What have you tried so far to get it unlinked?

Yes called customer service told me they don't show it linked. Been on the app and tried to manage it myself. Got errors. Talked to customer service again they tell me to call peacock. Peackock acct shows my account managed through xfinity. Customer service for peacock says they can't unlink it. Only xfinity.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
