Unlink Peacock account from old Xfinity account address

For the love of god, can someone please help me unlink my peacock account from my old Xfinity account after moving and transferring service. When I try to re-activate my peacock premium account, I receive a message that says my peacock account is already linked to another Xfinity account, which I’m assuming is my old address because I just moved. Nothing I’ve tried seems to work.
