I just signed up online (I think) for the unlimited data and xFi complete since we keep going over our data. but i didn't get an email. will the new equipment be mailed to me? Do i have to pick it up? How do I know if it was completed?

Hi, tonys_momma. Thanks for posting here for support. I can double check to see if your order went through, that way you have confirmation. If you ordered complete and already have a modem that is compatible with xFi service, you may not have been sent a new one. To get started, please send me a PM with your first and last name. We can go from there.
