I'm trying to upgrade to unlimited Data but it says it's unavailable. can anyone help me?

Have you tried calling and talking to a sales agent, 800-COMCAST or 800-XFINITY? Or you might go online to the MyXfinity web site and request an agent callback via chat. The sales agents have access to more options than those offered online.
