Unlimited Internet request and Direct Message Icon

Hello,

I have been looking for an unlimited internet plan for past few months now and whenever I tried, I was not able to contact Xfinity support successfully. At this point this feels like a trap but I am posting here so that some of you can help me. 

I need to change my WiFi plan to unlimited internet. Also I saw there are requests to reach out via Direct Messaging but I do not see the icon in the top right corner of my forums website nor in my Xfinity Mobile application.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
