Unlimited internet data, temporarily unavailable

I have 1Gb service and am trying to sign up for unlimted data ($30/month option), but I always get a message saying the service is temporarily unavailable.  Help!  How do I sign up for this?  I use my own modem and equipment.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
