Unlimited Data

Can’t get find anywhere In my account that allows me to see the unlimited data plan or how much it costs or potentially change my plan to it. I saw others have had this issue. I looked on the app, the website, and I used the IM option and it never takes me anywhere but to change my speed which I don’t need to do. Please advise!

Hello and welcome to Comcast @user_p0xb3m. I am sorry to see that you are not able to see details on our Unlimited Data plan. You are in the right place and we are happy to assist you today. If you have your own modem, the Unlimited data is normally $30.00 a month. If you are renting our modem, we do have our xFi Complete service that provides with the Unlimited Data and our modem rental for $25.00 a month.

 

If you would like to add the Unlimited Data to your account we are happy to assist you today. Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
 • Click "Sign In" if    necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
