Unlimited data

Found instructions about sending a direct message to sign up for unlimited data on an existing account, but there is not chat icon in the upper right hand corner of my page. There is a circle with a “U” and nothing says direct message.

i have been trying to sign up for over an hour and have been going in circles. Can someone help me sign up for unlimited data and tell me where I can find the direct message feature? 

The top of the page says “support” “offers” a circle with a U (account icon) and the 3 bar menu icon. Nothing says direct message.

To start a Direct Message: Click "Sign in" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message.

@user_lvzemh - Thanks again for giving our Digital Care Team a chance to help with adding Unlimited Data onto the account. It was a simple upgrade from the leased modem to xFi Complete, but the best part is getting to sign up for a new promotion and locking in that base rate for 12 months!
