I WOULD LIKE TO CHECK MY ACCOUNT AND SEE IF MY ACCOUNT HAS UNLIMITED DATA AND IF I NEED A DIFFERENT ROUTER OR IF THE ONE I HAVE WORKS. JUST CANT SEEM TO TELL FROM LOOKING AT MY ACCOUNT ONLINE.

Hi, @MLD7919. I see you have some questions about your current plan, and you can't seem it find this information online. One easy way, is to view your most recent bill. There it will include a breakdown of your plan and everything included. Have you already gave this a try? @XfinityVianney I got a confirmation email but when i go to my account i dont see anything about unlimited data. I dont even know if i need a new router i looked in these areticles and still havent figured anything out
