Unlimited Data

Two months ago I had added the unlimited data option and then it seems a different change to my account removed it.  I managed to miss seeing that last month even with all of the notifications and have been trying to get it readded but I just get a "Temporarily Unavailable" message when I try to add it online.  The 24/7 Chat tool has been useless in trying to fix this, it doesn't seem to understand what I'm asking for.

Is there any way to get this resolved through here or do I need to set aside time to try and get through on the customer service phone line?
