Unlimited Data with own modem

Hi, 

 

I am trying to add unlimited data to my account, but getting "Temporarily Unavailable" message.  Please help!

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.

I apologize we have not resolved this yet. If you can send a new private message with your account information we can get you unlimited data. I don't see another private message, but I look forward to your reply.
