Unlimited data using my own modem?

Hi, I already have a good modem and want to add unlimited data but its not letting me continue.

Xfinity chat will also not let me talk to a real person to upgrade.

Hello, @zezba9000

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

What URL are you talking about?

* There is no "Bell Icon" (outside this forum which only shows notifications)

* There is no "Pencil and Paper" icon

xfinity.com doesn't show any of this and neither does logging into my account.

We can't even share images in this forum making it useless to communicate basic information. Particularly when Xfinity is changing its websites constantly. So I'm lost.

Is there an email or something more robust than playing "navigate the ever changing menus game" ??

There is no "Pencil and Paper" icon in "Xfinity Assistant"

There is no "Direct Messaging" icon in any upper right corner of my account side panel after logging in or any place I look.

Again, what URL do I find this "Bell Icon" ?

The correct link is the min one for ourXfinity Forums, which you are currently on. When signed in, you'll see three icons in the top right corner: A Text box ballon for Direct Messaging, a Bell Icon, and the icon for your profile.
