Unlimited Data Upgrade "Temporarily unavailable"

I've been trying to upgrade to unlimited internet since I'm tired of paying extra or stressing out at the end of each month about going over my data cap. But the link they've provided still seems to be broken months after this problem was originally discovered. Would really like to get in contact with someone so I can just spend the extra $30/month and upgrade.

Note that Unlimited Data won't start until the beginning of February.

 

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.

You keep posting this. Is the information in https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/exp-unlimited-data incorrect? :

 

Enrollment goes into effect immediately upon signing up for the Unlimited Data option and applies to the entire month in which you sign up.

As far as I know, it is incorrect.  After you questioned it before I checked with Jessie and she checked and the result is that the unlimited data starts at the first of the month and goes through the end of the month.  I don't know why the page says differently.
