Unlimited Data Unavailable

Hi, I'm trying to add unlimited data to my account but the website says it's unavailable. Please help me get this added on so I can avoid overage charges. Thank you.

try giving xfinity a call. the webpage seems broke to some extent these days. it is even hard to get an agent.
