Unlimited Data Temporarily Unavailable
I ordered unlimited data to be included in my internet plan earlier and it said I would receive an order confirmation, but I still have not received that confirmation. Now when I return to the page to add unlimited data, it tells me that the service is Temporarily Unavailable. Is there any other way to check if my request went through as I would like it to be a part of my plan starting in Aug.

In order to get started can you please send us a private message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right?
