Unlimited data temporarily unavailable

I’m going over my data plan now that I’m stuck inside. The emails xfinity sends say I can get unlimited data for 30/mo with my own router, but the website says this plan is temporarily unavailable. I see in other forum topics that you guys can help me. So, help!

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
