Unlimited data - temporarily unavailable

With 5 adults in my household working from home and distance learning my internet overages are getting out of control i.e. $100 every month.  I have been trying to add the Unlimited Data option to my internet service for $30/month.  Whenever I try to add this using the online link, I get an error saying this option is unavailable.  I have seen multiple other posts with this same exact problem, and some users said that a customer representative can help get this set up.  Can anyone please help me with this?

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
