Unlimited Data Sign-up

I keep getting an error message when trying to sign up for unlimited internet. I had this on my account last month, but then upgraded my speed. Now, to my surprise,  I no longer have unlimited data on my account and I'm going over the limit. Please help!

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
