Unlimited Data Request

Looking to get the $30 unlimited data add-on using my own equipment, but the do it yourself page shows a "temporary unavailable" message. Any employee available to help add this feature?


I've already check that's it's available in my current state in the US for being a user of the default 1.2TB limit.
