Unlimited data plan

I get an error that says "Sorry, this line of business is not currently available due to a temporary error. Please try again shortly." When I try to add to my current plan

Thank you for creating a new post on this lovely Tuesday. I understand you went online to add Unlimited Data, and I appreciate you being proactive and attempting this on your end. However, I see you ran into some trouble. I am sorry to hear that. 

However, you are in good hands. We are a full-service team that can address any troubles with the app/website and gets Unlimited Data added as well. 

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
