Unlimited Data Plan "Temporarily Unavailable"

I am attempting to add the option for unlimited data to my Internet plan ($30 with my own equipment) but I get redirected to a site stating that it is "Temporarily Unavailable."

 

It looks like this is a common occurrence; is there someone that can add this to my account.

I apologize to hear that you are running into the issue of adding the unlimited data plan to your account. You have come to the right place! Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?

Thanks for the quick reply! I initiated a direct message with that username (Xfinity Support) about 20 minutes ago, but there's been no response. Do you have a rough idea how long I should expect before hearing back? Just need to budget my time. Thanks again!
