Unlimited Data Plan Temporarily Unavailable?

I'm trying to add the unlimited data plan to my current internet service but I get redirected to a page that says "Temporarily Unavailable"? Is there a way to get someone to add this to my plan directly?

This is a known issue we're working on correcting and we appreciate your patience around this in the meantime. I can definitely get it added to your account for you and assist you with any other service needs as well.
