Unlimited data plan goes to "Temporarily unavailable" page

Hi, I'd like to add the 30.00/mo option (my own networking gear) to my xfinity data plan, but when trying to do it online it goes to a page that says "Temporarily unavailable The product you’re interested in isn’t available for purchase at this time.".

 

From a search this is a long-standing issue, can I get this added to my account? thanks.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
