Unlimited Data option Temporarily Unavailable?

I want to upgrade to unlimited data but get "Unlimited Data option Temporarily Unavailable?" Please help me get unlimited data for the additional $30 with my own modem.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
