user_47e7b5  We can certainly help! Since we'll need to pull up the account, for this we'll move over to direct message. 
 
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window. Please include your full name and service address. 
Press Enter to send it

Thanks, I already have a direct message open but nobody has responded for a week and I was just charged again for this months bill

Your DM was probably ignored due to the fact you sent it without an official employee requesting you do so.  This is in violation of the Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy.  Always post about your issue first and then wait for an employee to request you send that DM.   😉
