Unjustified Price Increase and One-Sided Billing Abuse

I’m also experiencing severe issues with Xfinity's billing practices, and I’m honestly shocked by how many customers seem to be in the same boat.

I’ve been paying $25/month for internet since 2023, and recently Xfinity started trying to withdraw nearly 10 times that amount from my account—without any notice, service change, or agreement on my part. When those unauthorized charges didn’t go through (because I budgeted exactly $25), Xfinity penalized me with late fees and returned payment fees.

This is not just a billing mistake—it’s a pattern of consumer abuse. I’ve received no proper explanation, and I feel completely powerless as a customer. This is clearly a one-sided contract violation that targets the weaker party in the agreement—the consumer—who often has no tools to fight back when a major corporation abuses its systems.

 I’m now gathering other affected customers who’ve been hit with similar unjustified charges, one-sided price increases, or aggressive auto-pay withdrawals. [Edited: "Soliciting"]

This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/viewing-your-bill-online-ecobill is a great self-service tool that gives you information on how you can review your last 12 months of billing statements. This will give you information on what changes occurred to have your bill increase. It does sound like you most likely were on some kind of promotional discount that expired and your pricing has now to every day  rate. This link https://www.xfinity.com/lp/ppc/upgrade-xfinity-internet-service is also a great self-service link to find a new promotional discount make changes or upgrades to your services.
