Universal free tickets
Hi!
I won free tickets to universal studios. I received the confirmation email. When following the steps to redeem the tickets I exited out the browser. How can I go back to redeem the tickets? When I go to my redeemed benefits & click on universal it just says the sweepstakes has ended.

Hello, I Logged in at Around 12:30 PM Yesterday and Was Able Too See and Redeem Some of The Rewards. I Didn’t See The 2 Free Universal Passes Till Today That Says They Are All Gone. I Was Able To Redeem The 2 Free Universal Tickets on August 20th, 2026 When The Celebration Started. Would I Have Been Able To Redeem The 2 Free Tickets Yesterday August 27th, 2026 Since I Already Redeemed 2 Free Universal Tickets on The 1st Day of The Celebration on August 20th, 2026? (Can You Redeem 2 Sets of 2 Free Universal Tickets Under 1 Account During This 1 Celebration?) Thank You
