Universal free tickets

Hi!

I won free tickets to universal studios. I received the confirmation email. When following the steps to redeem the tickets I exited out the browser. How can I go back to redeem the tickets? When I go to my redeemed benefits & click on universal it just says the sweepstakes has ended.
