universal etds site locked out

when i went to redeem my free universal tickets it says i am locked out of the ETDS acount and need to call admin.    When i called xfinity yesterday they told me it would be unlocked today and its not.    Who is teh admin for teh ETDS universal site?   Universal says it not them?   I leave for florida tomorrow.  How do i get into my account to get my tickets.
