Unique Circumstance regarding an existing account and a potential new account

Currently, I have cable & internet service with you, as well as two phones. This amounts to two separate bills.

My son intends on taking over media management of my household, and wants to create a new account with you. Hopefully with phones, cable, & internet as one bill.

But because of the unique circumstance of my household, this would involve cancelling the cable & internet from my existing account, carrying over one of the two phones from my existing account, and leaving the one remaining phone to be on the existing account by itself.

Is this possible?

Greetings Starfather 🙌 That's an awesome username you chose, and I appreciate you taking the time to bring your questions to our community today! You are correct in that your Xfinity in-home services would be billed separately from any active Xfinity Mobile services you have, but rest assured getting things setup for your son as well as moving an existing mobile line can be done with no trouble. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the full service address associated with your account, I'd be happy to review what options you have in more detail 👍

To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.
