Unhelpfull store manager

I went to xfinity store in Reston Virginia in the 12/23/2025 at 13:30 to upgrade my wife's phone to the new Iphone 17 pro I got a customer rep who's under training did not know much about promotions kept asking the store manager who was not so helpful, I was getting so frustrated and left the store without a new phone. The person training was kind enough to bring my ID that I forgot because I was so frustrated. That reminded me that I need to get the phone instore because when I signed up the first time qhen I switched from Tmobile the online ID verification did not work for me. Anyway the store manager finally helped the guy processing my new phone. He did not appologize for anything kept saying gotta be patient . I work in customer service this so unacceptable
