Unhappy with xfinity
I’ve been with them over 20 years but yesterday I lost my cool and ended my relationship. Then things got worst. Xfinity urged me to get a new gateway even though mine was fine. Finally changed them, worked fine for about 40 minutes, turned orange and that was that. Spent over an hour with a nice lady but it didn’t work. Told me to put old gateway back but now that didn’t work. Earliest appt., this was Sunday, was Friday so no WiFi, tv didn’t work, luckily my phone worked. Friday I got that stupid Xfinity’s auto message that the tech is pulling up in front of your house. No one out there. I live in an hoa so they have to call for the gate to open. Again, asst. says he’s there, greet him. Nothing. Then my phone rang, pushed 9 to open gate. Ran outside, no truck. Drove to the gate, no one there. Finally spoke to a human, and I apologize, I was upset. Almost a week, no one but I can get another appt. That was the final straw. Been with them all these years and no service. I told them to turn everything off but my tv’s still don’t work because I tech has to come to do something to turn them on. No tv, no WiFi, no nothing. All these years and they don’t care about their customers.

I completely understand the frustrations. I will be more than happy to look into your concerns. To begin, would you mind sending me your name and the address to your account in a Direct message?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
For an example of how to send us a Direct Message, check out this link.
