Unfinished conduit digging in my yard - what is local Comcast contact who can tell me what's up?
A Comcast contractor crew started digging in my yard on 12/10 for conduit service unrelated to my address. At the end of the day, they said they'd run into an issue, and would be back on 12/11 to finish up and had 'soft filled' the hole until then. It's sat that way since then, covered by a tarp and safety cones with no return of the crew. Who can I get in touch with locally who can tell me when I can expect this to be finished and cleaned up? Locale is Vancouver, WA 98685. Have tried talking to someone at a national customer service center, and 'chatting' with a bot on the customer service landing page.
